Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Provide effective academic, social, and emotional support to students.
- Manage the classroom and create a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and professional development programmes.
